DTS successfully achieved a development approval for a medium density Multiple Dwelling Development consisting of four units over a 829m Residential A zoned lot.
The development application process involved a submitter appeal process and despite the appeal being made, DTS successfully maintained a four unit yield for the client to enable construction to commence.
