The Gateway Apartments will provide a combination of commercial and residential space over seven storeys of infill development.

Throughout construction, DTS assisted Tomkins through providing comprehensive set out of all structural elements including piers, columns and structural walls. In addition, DTS provided additional services for associated trades including surveys to facilitate the design of future stages of the development. Cadastral surveys were provided to ensure electrical infrastructure could be appropriately allocated prior to the completion of construction. A comprehensive understanding of the construction process and knowledge of the individual trade requirements ensured the timely progress of each individual element.
