Situated at the edge of the water on a highly visible site along Redcliffe esplanade, DTS successfully achieved a development approval on a 1,025m corner lot in the medium density residential zone.
The development consists of 16 spacious three bedroom residential units that capitalise on the views to the adjacent beachfront.
Despite a proposed building height and number of storeys exceeding the maximum allowed for the site under the planning scheme, DTS were able to successfully navigate an impact assessable development application through to approval.
