DTS successfully gained approval through the RiskSMART process for a 14,990m major warehouse and distribution centre for an interstate pharmaceutical company to service South East Queensland.
DTS engaged in an extensive consultation process with council officers and specialist consultants to provide a comprehensive lodgement package to Logan City Council. This allowed them to give confirmation of approval on the same day as the application was lodged.
