The Highgate is an iconic building design that required the management of three simultaneous applications to extend the approval period and gain endorsement of a revised design within six weeks.
Approval was gained, with an increased yield by pro-actively addressing issues surrounding bulk, scale, materials an setbacks. DTS also attended to the sealing of the survey plan by ensuring compliance against the relevant development conditions.
