DTS obtained approval for 73 residential units over a site constrained by heritage overlays and heritage buildings.
Through the development of strong arguments formulated through our understanding of the relevant assessment criteria, the outcome resulted in the favorable support of reduced setbacks, deep planting relaxations, increased site coverage and an increased number of stories.
