Six Mile Creek

DTS played an instrumental role in re-configuring a 22 hectare site into 10 rural residential parcels and new road.

Located along Dawson Creek, the reconfiguration was specially designed to permit access to existing overland flow paths to ensure improved access to bore water for future residents in an area that is not catered for by town water.

The development also involved careful consideration and negotiation of bushfire objectives, on site effluent treatment obligations and corridor rehabilitation expectations along Dawson Creek in order to achieve council’s endorsement.
