Timberline is a residential estate that integrates an existing waterway corridor as a feature element of the design.

This approach also prompted the inclusion of further water sensitive design principles that resulted in an iconic greenfields development. An understanding of environmentally sensitive design principles was critical in developing town planning arguments that resulted in achieving council approval. In addition to providing expert town planning advise, DTS surveyors provided services during construction to document as constructed details and attend to the preparation of survey plans for titling.
