The Vida apartments form a premier riverfront development that achieved an increased yield through comprehensive knowledge of the planning scheme.

During construction, DTS successfully negotiated a further uplift in yield through the inclusion of additional penthouse apartments despite the design falling outside the limits of the code. Our surveyors provided specific titling advice in relation to the separation of retail and residential space and attended to the preparation of the subsequent volumetric and building format plans.
