  • DTS provided holistic consultancy services through the course of this major Transport Orientated Development Site.  Critical titling advice was given throughout the design phase to enable the structuring of the Planning Approval to ensure plan sealing could be achieved at critical time frames during the acquisition phase.

    During construction, DTS provided highly accurate set out to Probuild for the construction and excavation of the entire project.  Engaged in this capacity allowed DTS to introduce efficiency’s into titling process to enable timely preparation of Volumetric and Building Format Plans. Compliance management formed a large component of the back end requirement of the project to ensure that complex conditions could be satisfied to enable sealing of the multiple survey plans.
