DTS acquired the reconfiguration approvals for an additional 200 allotments to the existing Cunningham Rise Estate. Successfully negotiating staging boundaries and conditions, the development met the key criteria required by the developer.
DTS also attended to the Cadastral Surveys required to achieve title in addition to attending to the compliance assessment and sealing of the survey plans with Ipswich City Council.
