Situated on a Residential A zoned site on Oakey Flat Road, DTS successfully negotiated a combined approval for a management subdivision consisting of 10 multiple dwellings and 72 retirement village units.
DTS were instrumental in achieving development approval for the project despite the application triggering impact assessment (in part inconsistent) due to the zoning of the land. The project involved key discussion around noise impact and landscape concepts in order to secure council approval.
