In preparing the application for Sephora, DTS undertook a detailed analysis of streetscape to demonstrate the appropriateness of the development within the context of its’ surrounds.
DTS took advantage of design criteria such as reduced bulk through architectural design, incorporating semi-transparent materials and breaks in built form to achieve GFA of 133%.
