DTS gained approval for a staged development approval including a 1 into 3 lot subdivision of a 2023m allotment.
The development approval sought to maintain the existing house on one lot, provide for dual occupancy on the second and a vacant parcel on the third. The approval achieved an increased residential density under the new provisions of the Loganholme Neighbourhood Plan before it had been gazetted in the Logan Planning Scheme.
