Built for two separate end users, the Calcium Coourt warehouses were two separate warehouse facilities approved within a Council owned industrial estate in Logan.
The town planning application was lodged and approved through Logan City Council’s RiskSMART process whilst the secondary warehouse was approved under the standard application process.
