The compliance stage of East Village presented a highly complex multi tiered plan sealing application to Brisbane City Council.
The application included several survey plans to create management parcels, volumetric parcels, easements and 105 townhouses.
So as to ensure successful registration post sealing, and to ensure that the residential space integrated into the future commercial and communal spaces, DTS called upon its extensive experience and close professional relationship with Brisbane City Council to ensure the projects success.
